Milk is collected in specialized tanks and pumped to our dairy facility to begin the pasteurization, packaging, and manufacturing processes under strict sanitary supervision. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from world-renowned brands, all of which undergo regular updates and rigorous maintenance programs. In addition, our facility is HACCP certified—a preventive food safety system that identifies and manages biological or chemical hazards. We also take pride in being the only company in the United Arab Emirates to manufacture specialized traditional juices, specifically Hibiscus (Karkadeh) and Tamarind.
