Four sites in Ras Al Khaimah carry the milk from field to package: the fodder farm at Al Hamrania, the dairy farm and its milking parlour at Digdaga, and the dairy plant where milk is pasteurised, manufactured and filled.

Auto Milking
Milking takes place twice a day in a modernised parlour, from which the milk travels through a closed stainless steel system to the dairy plant.

The herd is housed in specially equipped pens at Digdaga and cared for by a professional veterinary team.
