Dairy Plant
Milk arrives from the parlour for pasteurisation, manufacturing and filling in a HACCP certified facility.
How it works
Milk is collected in specialised tanks and pumped to our dairy facility to begin the pasteurisation, packaging and manufacturing processes under strict sanitary supervision. The factory is equipped with machinery from world renowned brands, all of which undergo regular updates and rigorous maintenance programmes. The facility is HACCP certified, a preventive food safety system that identifies and manages biological or chemical hazards. The plant also manufactures traditional juices, specifically Hibiscus (Karkadeh) and Tamarind.
